We find great joy in taking an old house, giving it a little TLC (more often than not – A LOT of TLC!) and transforming it into a brand new modern home for people to enjoy – a place where you truly feel at home.

We support local businesses by utilizing local vendors for all of our renovation needs.  This helps small businesses and provides jobs to people who need them. Also, by investing in our community as property owners, it will give us the opportunity to get involved to a greater extent.
